Submit Your Application
Tell us a little about yourself and we’ll help with the rest. Our convenient online application tool only takes 10 minutes to complete.

Application Review
Once you have submitted your application, QRC will acknowledge receipt of your application by phone or email within two working days.

Admissions Decision
QRC will review your application to confirm you meet our requirements. If so, you will then be asked to complete an interview as part of the review process.

Fee payment
School fees at the Nairobi Institute of Technology (NIT) can be paid via M-Pesa (Paybill 222123, Account: Student’s Name) or direct bank deposits to Family Bank, Equity Bank, or KCB. Personal cheques and cash are not accepted. Ensure you use the student’s full name as the account number for M-Pesa to avoid payment delays.

Class Commencement
Requirements
What you will need:
- Passport Photos: Clear, passport-sized photographs
- Academic Records: Original KCSE results slip
- Identification: A copy of your National ID or Birth Certificate.
- Application fee: KSh 1,500 for Diploma in Architecture (JKUAT) or KSh 500 for all other courses
Please note: If there is a delay in getting your original results to slip from KNEC, don’t worry! We can provide a Provisional Admission letter to get you started while you wait.
Diplomas (C- & above): Quantity Surveying, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture (JKUAT & CDACC), Animation & Digital Media

We welcome students from all over the world to join our creative and technical programs! To ensure a smooth transition into the Kenyan education system, please follow these additional steps:
Credential Recognition: Before applying, ensure your academic results are equated by the Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA). –https://knqa.go.ke/service/alignment-and-validation-of-qualifications-2/
Document Submission: Once you receive your equated results, please email them directly to us at info@nit.ac.ke.
Online Application: After emailing your documents, you may proceed to fill out our Online Application Form to officially enter our admissions system.
