Certificate in Building Technology (Masonry)
The Certificate in Building Technology equips learners with practical skills in bricklaying, blockwork, concrete work, and basic building construction. Learners are trained to construct walls, prepare building sites, carry out masonry finishes, and produce masonry products used in construction.

- Intakes: January, May, September
Entry requirments
- Building Technology Level 3: KCPE, KCSE or equivalent qualification.
- Building Technology Level 4: KCSE certificate, Building Technology Level 3 qualification, or equivalent qualification recognized by relevant authorities.
Pathway:
After completing the Artisan Certificate in Building Technology (Level 3), graduates can enter the construction industry in entry-level technical roles or progress to Level 4 Artisan Certificate to develop advanced construction skills and prepare for more complex building projects.

How to Apply?

Complete the online application form with your personal details, academic background, and program of interest. Ensure all required documents (KCSE results, ID copy, certificates) are uploaded.
- Review
The admissions office will verify your documents and eligibility. If anything is missing or unclear, you’ll be contacted to provide clarification or additional paperwork.
- Decision
Once your application is reviewed, you’ll receive an official admission decision. Successful applicants will get an admission letter outlining the program, reporting dates, and next steps.
- Payment
Pay the required fees (registration, tuition, or deposit) through the approved N.I.T. payment channels. Keep your receipt as proof of payment.
