CERTIFICATE IN MASONRY

The certificate is intended to equip trainees with knowledge and skills in the area of Masonry, Site measurements, Foundation works, walling plaster works and finishes.

After successful completion of the course, the trainee will sit for a Grade three (3) NITA Trade test which will qualify one to practice as a Certified Mason.

CERTIFICATE IN PLUMBING

The certificate is intended to equip trainees with knowledge and skills in the area of Plumbing, Domestic Plumbing works, Drainage below ground, Cold and hot water supply & solar heater installation.

After successful completion of the course, the trainee will sit for a Grade three (3) NITA Trade test which will qualify one to practice as a Certified Plumber.

Course duration: Each part of a short artisan course is one (1) month and will be conducted three days a week for three hours in a day.

Entry Requirements: D minus in KCSE or Prior learning, experience and knowledge in building works & literacy in English and Kiswahili languages.

NOTE: Students who train in part 1 of any artisan courses are eligible to apply for a Foundation course in Architecture which is progressive to a Diploma in Interior Design.
